Start the holidays with a festive Christmas brunch. Only on Christmas Day and Boxing Day do we extend our popular brunch buffet with a high-quality selection of Christmas classics such as roast venison, crispy Christmas goose and poppy parfait. Let us spoil and surprise you with culinary delights again this year.

Our Christmas brunch will include shortly:

• christmas buffet with seasonal specialities
• Scrambled eggs or fried eggs "live" and "fresh" prepared before your eyes!
• oven-fresh rolls and croissants as well as bread selection
• A large selection of sausage, ham and cheese specialities
• Cereals
• Homemade jams 
• Smoked fish specialities from the smokehouse "Dreier" with salmon, trout and mackerel, in addition: honey-mustard-dill dip, cranberry and horseradish cream
• Homemade antipasti such as fried thyme mushrooms, red wine shallots, colourful pepper strips, pesto and much more...
• Salad buffet with crisp fresh leaf salads, 3 varied dressings
• Raw vegetable salad
• Variation of herring and matie
• a tasty soup served at the table
• at least 7 different main courses (adapted to the festive season)
• Ice - or parfait
• Cream dishes / fruit dessert
• Hot drinks: filter coffee, tea and hot chocolate
• orange juice, milk from the buffet

At the price of € 39,90 per person
Children brunch from 3 years - 12 years 3,20 per year
Registration required / you will receive a written confirmation approx. 4 weeks in advance

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 weeks before. After that we charge 50 % of the brunch price.
We only accept cancellations in writing. Please understand that we can only offer our wide and high-quality range of products if all seats are fully occupied. 

You prefer to avoid the "queuing" at the buffet and would like to let us spoil you with culinary delights?

At lunchtime we serve you a delicious menu. The menu prices already include our soup of the day and our dessert of the day.

In the evening you can dine à la carte.

In order to be able to prepare ourselves in the best possible way for your visit, we need your preselection in advance. Of course we can also cater for small wishes.
